About the Role

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, handling high-volume inbound calls from customers who are looking to move. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers needing to move, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Be self-motivated and work well in a Call Center atmosphere, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Utilize basic computer navigation skills to access customer information, update records, and process transactions
• Bring high energy to the phones and assume the close, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Participate in monthly raffles with high-end prizes, recognizing and rewarding your achievements and contributions to the team
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share best practices, and continuously improve our customer service standards

Requirements

• Be punctual on a daily basis, with a strong commitment to attendance and reliability
