Key Responsibilities

Navigate multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records

Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources, with access to manager or support team assistance

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

In this full-time work-from-home position (40 hours/week), you will work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. Ability to work in a distraction-free environment, meeting arenaflex's work-from-home standards (technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.)
