Compensation and Benefits

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at AT&T, you'll be eligible for a competitive salary, ranging from $15.54 to $17.36 per hour, plus additional compensation up to $3,000 if you meet sales and performance goals. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

We're offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus to new hires, paid out in three installments: $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after 6 months, and $1,500 after 1 year.
