**How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)**
As a Cargo Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex's cargo division, interacting directly with customers face-to-face and over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Managing cargo operations, including receiving, processing, and loading/unloading cargo
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
* Collaborating with other teams, such as operations and logistics, to ensure seamless cargo transportation
* Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Adhering to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others

**What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
* Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
* Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
* Have a valid driver's license
* Possess basic digital literacy
* Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT). You can prepare for the PAT by watching this video
* Must wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to include, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, protective headwear (bump cap or hard hat), and high visibility safety apparel subject to an approved accommodation, such as alternate PPE
