As a Chat Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you'll be responsible for receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and manage chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between our teams
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of chat leads, including client information and caregiver assignments
* Collaborate with our care team to ensure that clients receive exceptional care and support
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with AidQuest and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or social services industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with chat employment leads or similar systems
* Knowledge of the healthcare or social services industry, including relevant laws and regulations
* Experience working with AidQuest or similar organizations
