**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced and proactive Chat Support Associate to join our vibrant community of veterinary professionals. As a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment, you'll be responsible for engaging with our users through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Your primary goal will be to ensure a delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging the platform for their supply ordering needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide exceptional support and experiences.
* Collaborate with the Support Team to help provide our users with an excellent experience on our platform.
* Troubleshoot issues and work cross-functionally to help evolve our platform, ensuring a positive and delightful experience for every user.
* Develop a deep understanding of our platform and its features to provide accurate and timely support.
* Utilize your excellent written and verbal communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
* Work closely with our internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless user experiences.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our support services.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a tech or start-up environment.
* 2-Year Associate's Degree or 4-Year College Degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Computer Science).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
* Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role is strongly preferred.
