* Deleting messages that violate our rules, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech or discriminatory language
+ Spam or self-promotion
+ Harassment or bullying
+ Inappropriate content or links
* Banning users who repeatedly violate our rules, after a thorough investigation and warning process
* Muting users who have violated our rules, to prevent further disruptions
* Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking necessary action
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
* Providing excellent customer service and support to our users, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To be at least 18 years old
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Familiarity with Discord and its features
