This exciting opportunity will allow you to work as the single point of contact for clients, addressing their everyday correspondence, conducting program surveys, and assisting with agreement drug store reviews. You will also be responsible for delivering program productivity, streamlining open doors, and collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve issues on behalf of clients. As a Client Relationship Analyst and Data Entry Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to clients while driving business growth and success.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with at least 2 years of client or record relationship experience. You should have experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues, as well as developing approaches to achieve objectives and meet deadlines with minimal management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
While not required, a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of client or customer service experience are preferred. Experience working in a client or account management environment, as well as experience in the healthcare industry, including 340B, pharmacy, hospital, clinic, or PBM, would be highly beneficial.
