**Job Summary**
As a Client Services Chat Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing real-time assistance to our students, parents, and staff through live chat, email, and messaging platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**
