What You Need to Succeed
To be considered for our Co-Op Program, you should meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Be an undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation management, or a similar field in a 4-year degree program
- Be available for three alternating semesters
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present yourself professionally and effectively interact with various levels of leadership
- Be team-oriented and supportive of continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrate strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
