**Role Overview**
As a Collections Customer Assistance Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers with escalated issues related to lease and retail accounts. You will investigate, analyze, and resolve complex problems, ensuring that customer issues are handled within specified timelines. **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform thorough follow-up and research tasks to ensure effective problem resolution
