The Coordinator of Academic Coaching will play a vital role in the development and implementation of the Peer Academic Coaching Program and Peer Mentorship Programs. This position will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters academic success, retention, and graduation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for working with students from diverse backgrounds.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Education, English, or a related field, with 2-5 years of progressive experience directing, supervising, and managing programs for students with various learning profiles in a collegiate setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, are essential, as well as the ability to build relationships across campus with faculty, staff, and students.
