**The Role**
As a Corporate Traveler - Melon Online & Chat Fulfillment Agent, you'll be responsible for providing seamless customer experiences through our cutting-edge online platform, Melon. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers through chat, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently. You'll become an expert on Melon's features and capabilities, helping customers navigate the platform with ease. Your exceptional communication skills, patience, and empathy will be essential in providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide first-line technical and travel support for Melon customers through chat conversations, ensuring that all initial interactions are responded to within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Triage general questions and needs, identifying situations that require escalation to product support and/or dedicated day travel managers
* Ensure a seamless customer experience, with a warm handover in cases of escalation
* Develop a deep understanding of Melon's features and capabilities, enabling you to provide expert guidance to customers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success and improve the overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to enhance the Melon platform and services
**What We're Looking For**
* At least 3 months of experience with FCTG and a proven track record of success
* Strong Sabre experience and a willingness to take on new challenges
* An interest in driving technological advancements in the SME business
* Change champion with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving customer, business, and market needs
* Excellent written communication skills and the ability to translate complex issues into simple messages
* Impeccable customer focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Positive attitude, with a hunger for knowledge and a willingness to learn
* High attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task and work with multiple platforms
* Decisive and successful problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
