**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients by researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. This is a hybrid/remote position, with a fully onsite schedule during training and a block schedule (2 weeks work from home, 1 week in office) after training. **Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Researching and responding to written inquiries from clients in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and data in our database
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless interactions with clients
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure expertise and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
