**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our patients and clients receive the highest level of care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients and clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Answering and routing incoming calls in a fast-paced medical environment, assessing and responding to customer information needs in an accurate, courteous, and competent manner
* Processing appointment assignments through our company navigation software
* Maintaining excellence in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of internal and external community
* Ensuring patient and family confidentiality at all times
* Providing a supportive atmosphere to people seeking information and assisting with program information
* Continually building trust with community partners
* Promoting leadership and teamwork within our organization
**Essential Functions and Primary Duties**

**Minimum Qualifications Required**
