Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a leader in the industry. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support * Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits * Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits * Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage * Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met * Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics * Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge **What We Offer** We're committed to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment that allows our team members to grow and thrive.
