- Update records and note systems as required to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

- Handle inbound telephone calls from borrowers, contractors, and insurance adjusters regarding property damage claims, resolving customer inquiries and delivering timely and accurate solutions

Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Preferred)
