We are seeking an experienced and skilled operations leader to join our team, with a focus on customer-centricity, process improvement, and digital transformation. As a Customer Care Operations Leader, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our digital customer experience strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our customers receive a world-class experience across all touchpoints. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in operations, project management, and customer experience. You should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related area. You should also have a proven track record of driving process improvements, influencing internal stakeholders, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
While not required, we prefer candidates with experience leading cross-functional teams or projects, and those with certifications in project management, such as PMP or Agile. A master's degree in Operations Management or a related field is also a plus.
