Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our remote team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client care, developing key selling skills, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional client care by answering inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
- Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
- Conveying elevated levels of product and service knowledge to communicate the benefits and features of blithequark's Private Business Services
- Recording important data as per established procedures and protocols
- Complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to sales and customer service practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least two years of experience in customer support and sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
