Job Overview
This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a variable reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours. Key Responsibilities
- Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism
- Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating your ability to think critically and provide exceptional service
- Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
- Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality
- Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience
- Provide our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.arenaflex.com, ensuring that they can easily access the information and services they need
- Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty with each interaction

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, showing your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered, ensuring that you are able to work safely and effectively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), showing your ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Experience working in a customer service or call center, demonstrating your ability to work in a team environment and provide support to customers
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, showing your understanding of the industry and your ability to provide personalized support to customers
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, demonstrating your ability to handle stress and maintain a high level of performance
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, showing your ability to collaborate with colleagues and provide support to customers
