Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Representatives for our 2nd shift and weekend hours. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, live chat, and email interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email interactions, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.

Essential Qualifications

- Availability to work a 4-day schedule, including weekends, with flexibility to work varying shifts and hours.
