Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries: Carefully respond to all customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service through active listening.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive.

- Ability to Handle Heavy Incoming Call Volume: Manage high call volumes with ease, using your communication skills to resolve issues quickly.
- Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows operating systems is essential for this role.
- Ability to Type 25 WPM: Meet our typing requirements to ensure efficient communication with customers.
- Over 18 Years of Age: Meet our minimum age requirement to work with us.
- High School Graduate or GED: Meet our minimum educational requirement to work with us.
- Predictable and Reliable Attendance: Be committed to attending work regularly and on time.
What We Prefer
While not essential, we prefer candidates with:
- 6-12 Month Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service will be beneficial in this role.
- Consistent Work History: A consistent work history will demonstrate your commitment to your career.
- Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills will help you resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Some Technical Background: Familiarity with technology will be beneficial in this role.

- ISP Requirements: Ensure your ISP has no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
