Our mission is to provide an inclusive and supportive environment for our diverse team members and makers alike, encouraging collective growth and creativity. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Guiding and supervising the team to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and arenaflex initiatives, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to necessary standards. * Monitoring the execution of arenaflex policies and holding the team responsible for the outcomes and conditions of the store. * Coordinating and managing the execution of educational and promotional events within the classroom and retail settings as per arenaflex protocols. * Overseeing the administration and implementation of shrinkage and safety strategies. * Aiding in managing cash flow and verifying bank deposits. * Offering assistance in managing inventory operations, which may involve processing Return to Vendor (RTV) requests and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) notifications when necessary. * Supporting new team members in their roles and providing guidance, oversight, and instruction to the customer service team. * Carrying out responsibilities as the Manager on Duty (MOD) position demands. * Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, upholding optimism and courtesy amidst adversity, and fostering dedication to arenaflex's mission and ethics. **Preferred Qualifications** * Candidates with a background in retail management are given preference. * Experience in customer service, team leadership, and inventory management is highly desirable. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Familiarity with omnichannel procedures and store recovery standards is an asset. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Familiarity with inventory management and cash handling procedures. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our team members' growth and development.
