**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Conducting daily outreach to referral sources to build and maintain relationships
* Segmenting outreach efforts to tailor communications and educational materials to the specific needs of different referral sources
* Providing virtual in-service demonstrations of our technology offerings, highlighting key features and benefits
* Investigating and reporting on the outcomes of outreach efforts, creating transparency and using findings to inform future strategies
* Serving as a point of contact for user support inquiries related to our technology, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
* Other duties as assigned
**Minimum Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
* Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools
* Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and/or priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
* 2+ years of experience in customer outreach, relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field
* Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, physician practices, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities
* Ability to analyze data and outcomes to support strategic decisions
