About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles and concepts.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering) - must, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing technical role, and a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Strong technical background with Proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, in the information security industry, and a demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
