Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Concierge Centurion Lounge Representative. This is a part-time remote opportunity that requires a minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers. Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, creating innovative solutions to customer issues and concerns.
- Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations that exceed their expectations.
- Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, accommodating the needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment, making quick and effective decisions in unanticipated situations.
- Utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, adapting to an ever-changing environment and being resilient in the face of challenges.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and proactive solutions.
- Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction and listen to their needs with confidence.
- Professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions in unanticipated situations, with a resourceful and capable approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, with a strong understanding of the Internet and its applications in a customer environment.
- Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service at all times.
