Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, creating innovative ways to resolve issues or concerns and win brand loyalty.
- Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultations, and minimal reservation assistance.
- Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Utilize multiple technology platforms with ease, adapting to an ever-changing environment and being resilient in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Make decisions quickly and effectively, putting the Card Members' experience at the forefront of everything you do.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience, relying on each other to deliver outstanding service.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every single interaction.
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, listening to their needs, and offering confident recommendations.
- Ability to exhibit utmost professionalism, maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions.
- Resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel reservation experience.
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience.
