**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Sales Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating customer vehicle purchases. You'll be responsible for providing website support, answering customer questions, and helping to move the digital transaction process forward. **Responsibilities**
* **Driveway Website Concierge/Brand Promise Expert**: Provide exceptional customer service and support through our website, ensuring that customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
* **Customer Concierge**: Answer customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, helping to resolve issues and move the digital transaction process forward.
* **Coordinate Virtual Inspection**: Use our inspection application to coordinate virtual inspections and ensure that customers receive the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions.
* **Coordinate Vehicle Pick-up**: Arrange for the pick-up of purchased vehicles from customers' homes, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
* **Effective Communication**: Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* **Maintain Activity Log**: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
* **Other Duties as Assigned**: Perform other duties as required, including participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**Skills and Qualifications**
* **Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales**: Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred, but not required.
* **Auto Industry Experience**: Auto industry experience is a plus, but not required.
* **Strong Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring that all customer interactions and transactions are accurate and complete.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
* **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**
