**Key Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our efforts in the Healthcare and Public Sector markets. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with partner teams to develop business development initiatives and thought leadership strategies
* Providing portfolio guidance and oversight, while working backwards from the needs of our customers
* Leveraging your diverse IT and/or Management Consulting background to provide strategic advisory services to our customers, partners, and internal teams
* Crafting innovative, forward-looking strategies and outlining investment and multi-step go-to-market plans to help our customers lead the changes to IT strategy, policies, processes, people, governance, and partnerships
* Leading business outcomes and articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies

**Basic Qualifications**
* 7+ years of experience leading consulting verticals for Healthcare and Canadian Government (Federal/Provincial)
* 5+ years of consulting practice leadership experience as manager with P&L responsibility
* Experience selling and delivering technology consulting services
* Experience with providing strategic, consultative services in a sales or advisory services environment
* Knowledge of the industry, understanding of consulting contract vehicles, and related RFx activities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in consulting firm helping transform the IT organization of multi-national enterprises
* Experience with Canadian Public Sector procurement and delivery of Advisory services
* High-level of skill communicating and collaborating effectively across internal and external organizations, including sales, solution architects, and customers
* Experience in a fast-paced, startup (or startup-like) environment and experience
* Proven experience migrating production enterprise applications to Public and Private Cloud
* Experience with ITSM processes and ITIL, along with integration experience of Cloud solutions and services with enterprise IT Service Management systems and processes
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience
**Compensation & Benefits**
The base salary for this position ranges from $126,000/year up to $210,400/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
