**Role Overview**
Could you be our next Customer Retention Representative? We're looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for conserving business on behalf of arenaflex. You'll be a vital part of a dedicated, professional team that plays a key role in ensuring that customers who call in with the intention of canceling are provided assistance in understanding the importance of keeping their coverage, as well as providing policy maintenance.
**What You Will Do**
As a Customer Retention Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers who are calling to cancel their insurance coverage and/or place calls to current policyholders regarding coverage, premium due, as well as other policy information.
* Answering questions about policy benefits and premiums and accurately documenting the information on the appropriate database.
* Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer retention goals.
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to customers.
**What You Can Bring**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Superior customer service skills, including being friendly, efficient, and a good listener
* Proficient use of the computer, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
* Excellent organization and time management skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions
* Desire to learn and grow within the company
* Ability to type 30 words per minute, with a pre-employment assessment required
