• Conduct hourly animal health checks, record their wellness, and ensure the health and happiness of live animals in the store

• Provide helpful and friendly customer service, identifying specific needs and offering product recommendations, while employing suggestive selling techniques to boost individual sales
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment for animals, birds, reptiles, and fish in the store, and monitor their health regularly
• Alert store leaders if any animal requires medical attention or special care
• Execute routine housekeeping tasks to preserve the store's professional appearance, including sweeping and mopping floors, dusting, and washing windows
• Assist store management in completing necessary paperwork during store opening and closing periods
• Engage in quarterly and annual physical inventory audits and devote attention to safety procedures, implementing and enforcing regulations to ensure a clean and healthy environment

Essential Qualifications
