**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, including tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs.
* Utilize problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Help de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
* Occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
**Who We're Looking For**
We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. If you possess:
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers
* Experience in customer service or call centers (training will be provided)
* A flexible schedule, including weekend days
* High-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+, upload 3mbps+, Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection)
* Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
* Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred

**Requirements**
* 18 years or older
* High School Diploma or GED
* Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
* Have at least six months experience in customer service
* Reside in one of our US hiring zones (excluding AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, and NY, and the following metro areas: MS-Minneapolis, IL-Chicago, NY-New York City Metro, OR-Portland, MD-Montgomery County, WA-Seattle, CO-Denver)
