Key Responsibilities
- Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets with precision and a smile.
- Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers.
- Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations, providing solutions with empathy and understanding.
- Perform passenger check-in and front seat assignment (excluding curbside), correct oversold seat assignments, and issue upgrades as needed.
- Issue vouchers as well as direct contractors for passenger lodging facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinate refuel and refresh.
- Perform passenger boarding, including ticket lift as well as ticket lift/check, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Work gate reader/scanner and related duties to include pre-boarding, monitoring/checking carry-on items, and exit lane models.
- Operate jetways/bridges for purposes of boarding and deplaning passengers, always prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.
- Make boarding and departure gate announcements, keeping our customers informed every step of the way.
- Convey domestic/international flight records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Perform passenger service flight close-out procedures, ensuring a thorough and professional conclusion to each flight.
- Accept, check, and tag passengers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters.
- Maintain schedule of flight boarding process, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
- Perform customer care hands-on training, sharing your expertise and contributing to the growth of our team.
- Process and complete credit card baggage transactions at counters in the ticket counter area and activation stations.
- Assist passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage handling at ticket counters, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Manage lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters, ensuring an organized and efficient experience for our customers.
- Clear/confirm international documents at kiosk in the ticket counter area and activation stations, facilitating smooth travel for our international passengers.
- Accept and activate passengers' self-labeled bags at activation stations, streamlining the baggage handling process.
- Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulatory passengers, special assistance passengers, or unaccompanied minors, always with care and compassion.
- Perform customer assistance work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements.
- Have regular and predictable attendance on site, including meeting any mandatory overtime requirements, demonstrating your commitment to our team and our customers.
- Respond and assist during security and/or emergency situations, prioritizing safety and well-being above all else.
- Provide connecting passengers gate information, ensuring they have everything they need to reach their destination.
- Deliver quality customer care in a professional manner and in accordance with blithequark's guidelines, upholding our high standards of service excellence.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree, providing a solid foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Bilingual language skills, which are expected in certain locations, enabling you to connect with a diverse range of customers.
- A valid driver's license as required by local authorities, for potential travel to our locations or meetings.
- To satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access authorization to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
- To be able to obtain appropriate airport authority as well as US Customs security badges, if applicable, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, and/or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements, upholding our commitment to safety and integrity.
- Authorization to work in the U.S., allowing you to contribute to our dynamic team without restrictions.
Preferred Qualifications
