**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls
* Working with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment
* Using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
* Resolving customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
* Resolving pricing and invoicing discrepancies, applying credit, and implementing return procedures
**Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound phone calls from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues
* Collaborate with sales team members to provide customers with the best possible solutions
* Utilize knowledge of products and services to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
* Document customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Ability to commute to our facility from your home
* A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
* Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
* Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
* Knowledge of products and services offered by arenaflex
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and goals
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
