- Driving process improvement and automation of routine customer support tasks, reducing costs and enhancing efficiency
- Embedding the use of analytics and data as a basis for identifying the most impactful projects, customers, applications, and processes, informing business decisions and driving innovation
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service analysis or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and exceptional customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (D365, Excel, PowerBI) and customer service software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
