**What will you be doing?**
As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* **Support and Troubleshooting**: Field incoming help requests from end users via phone and tickets, providing courteous and effective assistance.
* **Problem-Solving**: Determine functional specifications for software systems and programs, documenting, analyzing, and testing to resolve user issues.
* **Prioritizing Requests**: Schedule and prioritize problems, escalating to the appropriate technician or department as needed.
* **Documentation**: Record, track, and document the entire problem-solving process, noting all decisions and actions taken until resolution.
* **Diagnostics**: Apply diagnostic utilities to analyze software functionalities for effective troubleshooting.
* **Software Testing**: Test new software products and releases to ensure issues are adequately resolved.
* **Training Development**: Create and document help files, tutorials, and release notes to enhance user experience.
* **Training Delivery**: Prepare and deliver training sessions – online, on-site, and off-site – to customers, ensuring they are well-equipped to use our products.
**What are we looking for?**
* **Education**: Bachelor's degree preferred.
* **Experience**: Relevant experience in payroll or HCM software is preferred.
* **Technical Skills**: Strong computer skills with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies, documents, and regulations.
