Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform application data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for statuses, utilizing online databases and digital systems.
• Transfer data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems, ensuring data integrity and organization.
• Sort and organize data, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Verify information provided to our client by 3rd party entities, using online databases to cross-check information and ensure accuracy.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately, with a stable internet connection and a computer-savvy approach.
• Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work with process and information changes, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with a passion for data entry and accuracy.
