About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service and Operations Leader to join our team as an Area Manager. In this virtual role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of hourly workforce and play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to engage your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will also collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives.
