Job Overview

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in improving the customer experience by providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. Your role will also involve connecting customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. A Day in the Life

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where our leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. You'll be responsible for informing our delivery partners when a customer needs to reschedule a delivery, and you'll work to resolve any delivery issues that arise, using your expertise and knowledge to ensure our customers receive a great experience every time.
