We are passionate about helping our customers prosper in the exciting and growing marketplace of security and low-voltage solutions. **The Role** As a Customer Service Associate II - Hybrid, you will be an integral part of our Central Sales Group Customer Care team, reporting directly to the Central Sales Group Customer Care Supervisor. Your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class customer service to all customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and exceeding their expectations. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide every customer with world-class customer service, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and exceeding their expectations * Respond to customer inquiries via incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels * Assist customers with account inquiries, placement of orders, returns, quotes, and other related tasks * Exhibit a deep understanding of arenaflex products, systems, and procedures * Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, providing empathetic and solution-focused responses * Accurately input customer data and leave detailed notes for future reference * Utilize resources and multi-task through them as needed to meet customer needs * Meet expectations in monthly KPIs identified by the organization * Meet required schedule adherence guidelines as identified by the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management * 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Ability to work full-time hours between 8a-8pm ET, with flexibility to work overtime as needed * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience using Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Epicor Prophet 21 Experience, with a strong understanding of the system and its applications * Salesforce Experience, with a proven track record of using the platform to manage customer relationships and data * Bilingual abilities, with proficiency in a second language (English and Spanish, French, or Mandarin) **What's in it for you?** * Competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, vision, commuter benefit, pet insurance, and 401k participation from Day 1 * 2 weeks' accrued vacation time in years 1 and 2, and 3 weeks starting in year 3 * 12 paid holidays each year * Four weeks parental leave without using vacation time * Team member discounts on company products and other retail/service providers * Monday to Friday working hours - no weekends * Opportunity to progress within a global business, with a clear career path and opportunities for growth and development **About Our Culture** At arenaflex, we value diversity, inclusion, and teamwork.
