**The Role**
As a Customer Service Associate IV at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions. Your primary focus will be on developing strong business relationships with our customers, promoting and selling our products and services, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
* Take and process transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives
* Respond to inquiries about arenaflex's products or services, providing accurate and timely information to meet customer needs
* Promote and sell arenaflex's products or services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
* Manage backlog orders and open orders, communicating late deliveries to customers and internal teams as required
* Investigate credit and debit requests and queries, issuing credit or debit as necessary
* Answer technical queries from customers using online technical references and offer alternatives using available resources
* Drive corrective actions and improvement projects to raise customer satisfaction levels
**Requirements:**
* Typically requires 4 or more years of related work experience
* Requires high school diploma
* Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
* Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM and ERP systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
