**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate – Retail Sales Floor and Customer Support, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Engaging with customers on the sales floor, helping them find products that meet their needs, and building long-term relationships
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment, including cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise as needed

**Essential Qualifications:**
