Key Responsibilities:

Requirements for Success

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following essential requirements:

• Reside within the state of Pennsylvania, as listed in the position posting, to ensure compliance with local regulations and to be part of our regional team.
• Own a computer or laptop that meets our technical specifications, including a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, to ensure seamless and high-quality interactions.
• Have a computer with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, a 64-bit Operating System, and an 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent), to support our software and applications.
• Possess a quiet, dedicated workspace that is free from distractions, enabling you to focus on your work and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
• Be available to attend our remote training program, which takes place Tuesday through Saturday, between 11 am and 7:30 pm EDT, for four consecutive weeks.
• Have a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute (WPM), with 40 WPM or higher being preferred, to efficiently manage multiple chats simultaneously.
• Gaming experience is preferred, as it can translate well to the fast-paced and interactive nature of online chat operations.
