**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing expert knowledge of arenaflex's products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers with questions and concerns on all products and services, providing expert knowledge and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Handle telephone and virtual customer contacts, utilizing effective communication skills and troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer impacting issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, engaging with T3 support as needed to ensure seamless resolution
* Maintain proficiency in billing, rate plans, and feature matters, staying up-to-date on arenaflex's latest products and services
* Identify and track issues to assist in root cause elimination, contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization
* Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing demands
**Essential Qualifications**
* At least one year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on resolving issues and providing exceptional customer experiences
* Call Center experience preferred, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Advanced typing/keyboarding skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a variety of systems and tools
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
* Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on the latest offerings
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services
* Proficiency in using various systems and tools to assist customers, including CRM software and other relevant technologies
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
**Education Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills
**Experience Requirements**
