Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via email and chat, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or cargo forwarders, ensuring that customers are aware of the latest offers and services.
- Assist with passenger check-in and cargo recognition, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Interpret government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or freight shipments, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
- Meet and dispatch aircraft within established times, ensuring that flights depart on schedule.
- Provide assistance to distressed travelers and clients, offering solutions and support during challenging situations.
- Protect company property and revenue, adhering to strict security protocols and guidelines.
- Facilitate safe travel, ensuring that customers are aware of and comply with safety regulations.
- Utilize organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and require minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- Respond to and assist during security and crisis circumstances, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Follow internal/external policies and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and company guidelines.
- May be required to drive and operate air stairs up to different types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers.
- Oversee the overall performance within the workspace and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees.
- May be required to perform Passenger Activity Control functions, including air-to-ground communication and Pinnacle capabilities.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently.
- Bilingual language skills are preferred in certain regions.
- Valid driver's license as required by local authorities.
- Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
- Must be able to obtain proper airport authority and/or US Customs security identifications, if applicable.
- Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must respond to manage on a regular and timely basis.

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
