**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the airline industry

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to address customer concerns
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives
* Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets to ensure that our customer service operations are financially sustainable
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or hospitality management
**Preferred Qualifications**
