**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Professional, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and solutions to their needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Receiving in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim

**Requirements**

**Work Environment and Schedule**
As a remote Customer Service Professional, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Our hours of operation are 8am - 12 am EST Monday - Sunday, and you'll be required to work 40 hours a week shifts that can change to meet business needs. We also offer shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked.
**Training and Development**
When you join our team, you'll receive comprehensive training that combines classroom and on-the-job learning. Our training program typically lasts 2 weeks, but the duration may vary depending on your individual needs and circumstances. You'll learn about our products and services, as well as the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this role.
**Pay Range**
Our pay range for this role is $14.36 - $22.25, and any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
