We are seeking personable and energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our ever-growing inbound call center. As a Customer Service Remote Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls, and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, and your goal will be to provide accurate and efficient solutions to their problems, while also promoting our clients' products and services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work weekends and have a strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills. Additionally, you should be proficient with the internet, data entry, and able to swiftly move between multiple programs.
