To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a Windows-based environment and have the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong client care skills, including affable phone manners and amazing professionalism.
