Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals seeking to travel, use cargo or baggage services. You will work in a supportive spirit to ensure the success of our organization, handling all aspects of ticketing and check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolving related complaints and issues. Your duties will include greeting and handling customers in a courteous and friendly manner, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets, and processing transactions, making change, and balancing daily transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer friendly support to and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers
• Work in a supportive spirit to ensure the success of our organization
• Provide exceptional customer service to individuals seeking to travel, use cargo or baggage services
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolving related complaints and issues
• Greet and handle customers in a courteous and friendly manner
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
• Process transactions, make change, and balance daily transactions
• Check in baggage and cargo
• Answer phone calls to provide information to guests, page customers, resolve issues or complaints, and assist as needed
• Handle transactions necessary to board the aircraft in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage upset customers due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
• Resolve issues quickly and within guidelines established by the organization

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred
